I was impressed with everything about the hotel, but what stood out the most to me was the modern facilities in all bathrooms. The excellent showers and complimentary toiletries provided a luxurious experience that exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially Juantxo, who offered valuable recommendations for exploring the area. I am grateful for the wonderful experience at Melida Ostatua.
